Aldine ISD Board Member Dr. Viola M. Garcia, center, poses with a group of students and staff members from Keeble EC/Pre-K Center during a recent visit to the school. Dr. Garcia was invited to the school during its School Board Appreciation Day and International Parade. Gov. Rick Perry proclaimed January School Board Recognition Month.
