AISD Varsity Invitational Basketball Tournament set Dec. 3-5

The Aldine ISD Varsity Invitational Basketball Tournament will be held Dec. 3-5 at venues throughout the school district.

The tournament, which will consist of 26 boys’ and girls’ teams, will be played at Aldine Senior High School, Eisenhower Senior High School, MacArthur Senior High School, Nimitz Senior High School an the M.O. Campbell Educational Center.

The tournament will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3. Tickets are $4 for games played at the campuses and $5 for games played at the Campbell Center.

The girls’ field will consist of Aldine High, Eisenhower High, MacArthur High, Nimtz High, Cy-Ridge, Marshall, Klein Oak, New Orleans Walker, North Forest, Elkins, Elsik and Kingwood Park.

The boys’ field will consist of Aldine High, Eisenhower High, MacArthur High, Nimitz High, Madison, Sam Houston, Washington, Hastings, Bellaire, Furr, Cy-Ranch, Friendswood, New Orleans Walker and Sharpstown.

The girls’ championship game will be played on Saturday, Dec. 5, at 4:30 p.m. at the Campbell Center, while the boys’ championship game will also be played on Dec. 5 at 6 p.m. at the Campbell Center.
