Juan Flores

Technology Supervisor for Telecom

Juan has been employed in Aldine since 1992. In his position as supervisor of telecommunications services, Juan is responsible for coordinating the selection, installation, and maintenance of all cabling, telephone systems and PA systems. Juan supervises a staff of three telecommunications technicians and is a key participant in all construction jobs in Aldine.

Michael Ainsworth, Sr.

Senior Telecom Technician

I have been a district employee since 1998. I am in the Telecom Department and currently serving as a Senior Telecom Technician. I went to Colonial Hills Elementary, Aldine Junior High and Aldine Senior High from which I graduated in 1983. After high school I joined the Marine Corps. I learned the basics of my job while serving in the Air National Guard. I have a wife and have been married since 1984, two children, a son who is a sophomore at Jacksonville Baptist College, my daughter who is a senior at Coldspring High School. Things that are important in my life are Jesus, family, church and my job. I am a licensed Baptist minister, a youth minister at my church (Onalaska First Baptist Church) and I am currently working on a degree in theology. My wife and I both make quilts and work with plants as a hobby.

Xavier Bustos

Senior Telecom Technician

Xavier Bustos has been employed by the Aldine Independent School District for 6 years, all of which have been for Technology Services, telecom department. He has 10 years experience in the technical field that includes servicing ATM machines, bank equipment, phone systems, PA systems and various other networking/computer skills. Xavier attended Aldine schools, Stephens Elem., Grantham Middle and graduated in 1993 from MacArthur H.S. He received his associates degree in electronics engineering from I.T.T. Technical Institute in 1997. He is bilingual and can fluently read and write in English and Spanish.

Larry Muston

Senior Telecom Technician

Larry Muston has been an employee of Aldine ISD since 1994. He worked for for eight years in the central receiving department, and moved to the Conroe Independent School District to be closer to his home in Magnolia, TX. However after two years at Conroe he had the opportunity to return to Aldine in the technology services department (telecom division) and gladly made the move back. Although his title is telecom technician he takes care of many other areas of service including : telephone's, PA systems, network cabling, time and attendance installation and programming, and many other duties as assigned. Larry is a 1988 graduate of MacArthur Sr. High in the Aldine District.
