Network Architect and Technology Purchasing Supervisor
Dale Jahnke has been employed by the Aldine Independent School District for seven years. Prior to working for Aldine, he joined the US Army and served as a unit level communications maintainer for five years and was deployed to the Gulf War (Desert Shield, Desert Storm). Upon arriving in Aldine ISD, he served as a senior network engineer in technology services for the Nimitz vertical area. After a brief stint with Foster Wheeler as manager of technology services, Dale returned to Aldine ISD as the network planner. As network planner, he was asked to guide the district's technology into the future by designing, purchasing, and implementing projects to provide improved service and support for the students and staff. He supervises a staff of two and is responsible for applying for government funding though the e-rate process to help subsidize the local budget. Dale received an associate's degree in electronics engineering technology from ITT Technical Institute in 1996 and plans to continue his education by attending a state university for his bachelor's degree in business management.

Dwayne Muston

Network Engineer, Administration Area
I have been employed with Aldine Independent School District since 1993. I started working with Aldine's central receiving department as an invoice expediter / driver. In 2000 I was hired to work as a junior computer repair technician servicing computers in the schools. In 2003 I became a senior computer repair technician and began servicing the computers in the administration area. Later that year I was promoted to lead computer technician in 2004 and in 2006 received a promotion to Technology Facilitator for Enterprise Support in the network services division of Technology services. I am an Aldine graduate having graduated from Mac Arthur Sr. High School in 1991. I attended Jacksonville College for two years and received an Associate of Science Degree. I am currently a University of Houston Downtown student working on Bachelor's of Science Degree in the evenings after work.

Cirilo Cancino

Technology Facilitator for Enterprise Application
Cirilo Cancino has been employed by Aldine Independent School District since 2006. As a member of the Technology Services Department he has served as a junior technician at MacArthur High School, Sr.Computer Repair Technician for the Nimitz Vertical Area, and currently serves as the Network Engineer for the Aldine Vertical Area. His certifications in the field include MCP, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network +, CompTIA IT Technician, CompTIA Depot Technician, CompTIA Remote Support Technician, and currently working on MCSE. Plans to continue his education in persue of a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.

Dan Walker

Network Engineer, Eisenhower Area
I have worked for Aldine ISD for 8 years in Technology Services. I'm presently serving as a network engineer with responsibility for the Eisenhower vertical area, and I assist the other network engineers when needed. The responsibility calls for maintaining the Eisenhower area Novell servers, network switches and supporting district or school bought software running over the LAN/WAN.

Rose Chavez

Rose Chavez is a product of Aldine ISD. She attended Oleson Elementary and Hambrick Middle before graduating from MacArthur High School. While attending MacArthur, she joined Business Professional of America Co-op and was hired at central office assisting in Human Resources for two years. She was hired full-time and served as an administrative assistant for an additional seven years before being promoted to PEIMS coordinator for 3 more years. She transferred over to technology services in 2004 where she has served as technology facilitator and e-rate specialist for the last two years. She has a total of 14 years of experience with Aldine ISD. Rose received her associate's degree from North Harris College in 1998 and will attend University of Phoenix for her bachelor's degree in Information Systems.

I have been employed by the Aldine Independent School District for 5 years. I worked in human resources for 3 ½ years until I received a position with the technology services department as a junior computer technician at Nimitz High School. In 2006 I was promoted to senior computer technician for the Aldine Vertical Area and in 2008 to Technology Facilitator for Child Nutrition. I attend North Harris College where I will earn an associate's degree. I will then transfer to the University of Houston where I plan to obtain a bachelor's degree in information technology.

Georgia Noland

Technology Facilitator for Purchasing
Georgia Noland has been employed by the Aldine Independent School District since 1994. She served as an accounts payable clerk for two years before moving to technology services as an inventory clerk, a position she held for four years. She served as a database clerk for five years, then was promoted to the position of technology facilitator for purchasing. As a technology facilitator, Georgia is responsible for implementing projects and documenting the processes. She evaluates the technologies and has an understanding of the standards associated with telecommunications, computer components, and infrastructure that are related to telecommunications. She is responsible for managing the AISD Intranet on-line technology catalog, as well as the ID badge system for all administrative offices. Georgia received her bachelor of science degree in e-business and management from the University of Phoenix in 2005 and is now working on a dual master's degree in management and technology information systems.
