Mr. 'P'. Graduated from Chamberlain H.S. in Tampa, Fl.

1982 received a Bachelors in Music from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas.

2001 received a Masters in the Science of Education from the University of Houston at Clear Lake.
 
Mr. P has served as an administrator in Aldine since 2002.

Andrea Cain
   
Andrea Cain was named assistant principal at Plummer Middle School after serving as an ESL teacher at Grantham Academy for Engineering from 2006-2008. She began her teaching career in Aldine ISD in 1998 and was assigned to teach ESL at Eisenhower Senior High School. In 2004, she transferred to MacArthur Senior High School, where she also served as an ESL teacher. Cain has spent all of her teaching career in Aldine ISD. She is also a product of Aldine ISD, as a graduate of Nimitiz Senior High School. Cain received her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Houston and her MBA degree from LeTourneau University. She is certified as a principal.
 
Dr. Craig Dohse
   
Dr. Craig Dohse, assistant Principal at Plummer, holds  Bachelor of Arts, Master of Divinity, and Doctor of Divinity degrees as well as special education counseling certification from Prairie View A & M and teacher certification and administrative certification from the University of St. Thomas.  He began his teaching career as an adjunct professor of Business (8 years) and then moved into public education as an Adaptvie Behavior teacher at Hambrick Middle School.  He served as Special Education counselor at Shotwell, Wilson, Caraway, Conley, Drew, Teague, Parker, and Lane.  He has been an administrator since 2000 serving as the Coordinator of the Adaptive Behavior Center (GAP Center) and Assistant Principal at Lane School.  This is Dr. Dohse's 19th year in public education, all of which were spent in Aldine.  In addtion to education he has been the Senior Pastor of 5 churches, worked as a Chaplain at M.D. Anderson Hosptial, and has managed his own small business.
 
Jose Diaz
   
Jose Diaz was named assistant principal at Plummer Middle School after serving as the mathematics skills specialist at the same school. Mr. Diaz received his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Houston in 2004 and his master’s degree in educational administration from Prairie View A&M University in 2009. He began his teaching career in 2005 as a 7th Grade math teacher. In 2008, he accepted the position of math skills specialist. Mr. Diaz has spent all eight of his years in education with Aldine ISD.
